Roses are red..

I have never 

received a flower

or even a rose

But I'm a guy 

so it's acceptable 

I guess

no surprises

no treats 

no kisses

that signifies 

one's feelings for me

no token of one's love

but I've gotten 

disappointment

watered with hate

and planted in betrayal

fertilized by the lies

and maintained by the fakes

Actually, roses are red

but mine is dead

and crumbled beneath my feet.

the sun and the stars..

Do

ever

The sun 

gets jealous

of the moon's stars?

Never seeing that 

she is the biggest

of them all

the only one 

the moon adores.

If ever..

If ever

I disappear from this world

If ever 

my existence has returned to dust

scatter me in the night sky

submerge me with the stars

So I will lay down on the cosy heaven

gazing down on you

you'll make the earth so fine

even the stars will be in love with you.
